Can’t turn off annoying beeps

All I want is an app that lets my kid type letters on the keyboard and have the letters pronounced as they are pressed. No speak buttons, no colors, no beeps.

This is… almost that, but there isn’t a single setting anywhere in the app to
a) Disable colors and background
b) Increase the font size
c) Disable the annoying beeping
d) Speak on press
e) Disable typing of non-locale characters such as ø and ē
